  • Most clients see visible results starting after 1–2 sessions, with full results building over several weeks as your body naturally processes treated fat cells. We'll recommend a personalized plan during your consultation.

  • Results are long-lasting as long as you maintain a stable weight and healthy lifestyle — the fat cells targeted during treatment are naturally removed by your body.

  • CryoSlimming and CryoToning are great for clients looking to target stubborn fat and improve skin tone without surgery or downtime. We'll go over your goals during a consultation to confirm it's the right fit.

  • Avoid sugar, carbohydrates, or alcohol for 2 hours before your session, and come hydrated for the best results.

  • Our regular facials are fully customized using Zemits technology and Circadia professional skincare to address specific skin concerns (hydration, texture, acne, aging). CryoFacials specifically use cold therapy for de-puffing, tightening, and calming the skin. Many clients rotate between both.

  • A CryoFacial uses cold therapy to reduce puffiness, calm inflammation and redness, tighten pores, and leave skin visibly brighter — all in a single session with no downtime.

  • For most skin goals, we recommend a facial every 4–6 weeks to keep up with your skin's natural renewal cycle. We'll tailor a cadence to your skin type and goals during your consultation.

  • Yes — our facials are fully customized, so whether you're dealing with breakouts, sensitivity, or dullness, we tailor the products and technique to what your skin actually needs.

  • Come in with a clean face if possible, and let us know about any recent treatments (retinol, chemical peels, etc.) so we can adjust accordingly.

  • Cryo Lab operates by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday. Book online or reach out to check same-week availability.
